Bill Kunigonis is presently
a Senior Logistics Analyst-Senior Buyer for Cherokee Information Services
(CIS) in Philadelphia. His responsibilities here exist in purchasing
various military supplies and equipment Prior to this position He was
a Contracting Officer/Contract Negotiator/Price-Cost Analyst with the
Fleet Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia where he retired. Responsibilities
here were in procuring various contracts for IT, medical, service, and
military supplies and equipment. Prior to this he was a Senior Proposal
Development Specialist with General Dynamics Corporation in St Louis,
Mo. Here Bill was responsibility for various aircraft, tank, and service
proposals submitted to the US Government and foreign governments.
Bill has been a member of NCMA since 1984. He has
served the Philadelphia Chapter as the National Director for the past
four years, also as the President, Executive Vice President, Vice President,
and Treasurer over the past years. He has served as the Employment Chair,
CPCM/CACM trainer/leader and aided in Graalman submission to National.
Bill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from La
Salle University in Philadelphia, and a Master's Degree in Business
Management from Webster University in St. Louis. He is married with
four grown children and resides with his wife Carole in Glen Mills,
PA.
