celestine.lennox@dla.milCelestine Lennox is a Senior Contracting Officer in the Construction and Equipment (CE) Directorate at the Defense Logistic Agency in Philadelphia. She is responsible for the procurement and implementation of the Facilities Maintenance Services Initiative. These multiyear contracts provide 100% services for military bases and all other Department of Defense and Federal agencies in the Northeast and Southeast Regions of the United States.
Ms. Lennox has been a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter for fifteen years and has held the positions of President, National Director, Vice President and Secretary. She has been the Chairperson for the National Education Seminar (NES), and National East Coast Spring Conference. Currently, Ms. Lennox is serving as the chapter’s Vice President and Co-chair of the Graalman Committee.
Ms. Lennox holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Marketing from the Philadelphia University and a Masters of Administration from Central Michigan University.
