Mr. Ozer is a Contracting Officer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region III, Superfund Program.

Mr. Ozer has worked for EPA since 1987. He began his contracting career in
1980 issuing and administering acquisitions for the Navy, the Defense
Logistics Agency, and the General Services Administration.
