Location: The Turning Stone Casino and Resort Tuscarora Room, 5218 Patrick Road, Verona NY 13478About the Program: The New Mandatory Disclosure Requirement This is an accelerated one-day course that examines and explains the New Contractor Business Ethics Compliance Program and Disclosure Requirements rules that went into effect December 12, 2008. It includes coverage of internal control systems to detect and prevent improper conduct, codes of business ethics and conduct, mandatory disclosure obligations, and reporting violations and significant overpayments.

A Joint meeting with the Pinelands Chapter, subject to be determined.
An Economic Opportunities conference at Temple University's Small Business Development Center. Philadelphia's Mayor Michael Nutter is an invited guest.
A discussion and tour of the Helicopter Museum in West Chester, PA.
