About the Program: The New Mandatory Disclosure Requirement This is an accelerated one-day course that examines and explains the New Contractor Business Ethics Compliance Program and Disclosure Requirements rules that went into effect December 12, 2008. It includes coverage of internal control systems to detect and prevent improper conduct, codes of business ethics and conduct, mandatory disclosure obligations, and reporting violations and significant overpayments.
